Deposit Bonus Terms & Conditions
These terms represent an agreement between the client and the company, with the
company reserving the right to modify these terms at any time
. Modifications will be eAective immediately upon publication.
Eligibility for Deposit Bonus
A Welcome Bonus will be granted to each customer after their first deposit, with a
limit of one trading account per customer.
The bonus will be activated within 15 to 20 minutes after completing the deposit and
notifying the company via your account manager.
The client must agree to the terms and conditions for opening the bonus account
with the company, including the stop-loss condition at 10% (Stop-Out), and a
leverage not exceeding 1:200.
4.The deposit bonus is 10% of the deposit amount, with a minimum deposit of $100 and
a maximum deposit of $5,000.
5.The bonus applies to deposits up to $5,000, with a maximum bonus of $500.
Examples of Bonus
A deposit of $1,000 = Bonus of $100 (10% of $1,000).
A deposit of $6,000 = Bonus of $500 (capped at $5000).
Deposit Bonus Validity Period
- The deposit bonus remains valid for two months from the date it is credited to the
account. During this period, the customer must fulfill the required conditions,
including trading a specific number of contracts. - Once the required conditions (such as the number of contracts and the set period)
are met, the bonus will be converted into real, withdrawable funds. - If the required conditions are not met within two months, the bonus will be canceled
and withdrawn.
Contract Calculation Formula
Number of contracts = (Bonus Amount) ÷ 1
Bonus Amount: The amount granted based on your deposit.
Contract Size: The number of contracts closed over a period exceeding 180
seconds.
Bonus Percentage: 10% of the deposited amount.
Example: If the bonus amount is $100, the number of contracts would be calculated as
follows: Number of contracts = 100 ÷ 1 = 100 lots.
Cancellation of Bonus and Profits
- The company reserves the right to cancel the bonus and profits at any time if the
bonus is misused, including in the following cases:
o Misuse such as entering into full margin (Full Margin).
o Position swapping or opening buy/sell trades with another account to
achieve reverse positions for illegal profit, including one-way trading.
o Trading more than 70% of capital on a single product in one direction.
o Engaging in suspicious or unjustified trading to achieve illegal profits.
o Using more margin than allowed by the account by excessively increasing
positions.
o Any withdrawal from the account will automatically result in the removal of
the bonus and the cancellation of the associated contracts. - The client acknowledges that they have agreed to the above terms and understands
that they have no right to object to the withdrawal of profits or the cancellation of
the bonus.
Third-Party Agreements
- If the customer misuses the bonus for personal gain, the company reserves the right
to withdraw commissions, cancel the bonus, close the account, and cancel any
profits. - The customer acknowledges that the company is not responsible for any resulting
losses, and the rights to the bonus cannot be transferred to third parties.
Disclaimer
The company is not responsible for any losses that may occur due to the withdrawal of the
bonus or margin requests.
Acceptance of Terms
By replying to this email with “موافق” (Agree), the customer confirms that they have read and
understood all the terms and conditions of the Welcome Deposit Bonus and fully agree to
them.
